Terms and Conditions

Scope

All bookings at Landhaus St. Georg (via the website, by e-mail, by phone or through online booking) are subject to the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) as published by the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO) and to the following supplementary terms. Where the supplementary terms differ from the AGBH, the supplementary terms apply. Individual agreements always take precedence.

Booking and deposit

• A booking is binding once we have confirmed it in writing.
• After confirming a binding booking we usually ask for a deposit of 30 % of the total price.
• The balance is payable at the end of your stay at the latest. Business customers may pay by invoice if agreed in advance.
• Payment methods: cash, debit card, Visa, Mastercard.

Cancellation terms

• up to 3 months before arrival – free of charge
• up to 1 month before arrival – 40 % of the total price
• up to 1 week before arrival – 70 % of the total price
• within the last week before arrival – 90 % of the total price
• no arrival without cancellation (no-show) – 100 % of the total price

We recommend taking out cancellation insurance, which covers these costs in case of illness, for example.

Arrival and departure

• Rooms are available from 4 pm on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 am. If the room is not vacated by 10 am without prior arrangement, we may charge the room rate for an additional day.

Smoking

• All rooms are non-smoking.
• Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the rooms. A breach incurs a contractual penalty of €200.

Dogs

• Dogs are welcome. Please mention your dog when booking.
• Guests with dogs are preferably accommodated in rooms without carpets (laminate or wooden floors). Other rooms only by arrangement.
• Dogs are not allowed in the wellness area or the breakfast room. In the restaurant only with our staff’s permission, in an area without carpet and if other guests are not disturbed.
• The owner is liable for any damage caused by the dog.

Current prices, children’s discounts, the dog fee, garage and tourist tax are listed in the price list.
